I design products, then I build them

I'm Nayamul Roni, a Design Engineer. I help founders and businesses turn ideas into products people use — from the first sketch to production front-end code. No handoff gap, no lost months.

Most products never launch. The gap is between design and code.

Screens get polished for months, then stall in handoff. Designers design what can't be built; developers build what wasn't designed. I sit on both sides of that line. I cut the scope to what earns traction, design against what's actually buildable, and ship it while the idea still matters.

Design and code, under one roof

01

MVP Design & Build

Validate before you invest. Discovery, core features, user flows and a working prototype your first users can try — not just click through.

4–8 weeks
02

Product & Dashboard Design

SaaS, ERP and web or mobile apps built to scale. Research, information architecture, a design system and a handoff your developers won't have to decode

8–16 weeks
03

Website Design

Sites that explain what you do in five seconds and turn visitors into conversations. Strategy, design and build.

6–12 weeks
04

Design to Code

I turn designs into responsive, accessible, SEO-ready front ends in production code. One person owns the pixels and the components, so nothing gets lost in translation.

Idea → live
05

Design Systems

Colour, type, spacing, components and documentation — in Figma and in code, kept in sync. Systems built to survive growth.

FoxSuite.ai

The platform I help build — and actually recommend

FoxSuite.ai is an all-in-one AI business suite: eight core modules in one connected workspace. I lead product design there as Country Head for Bangladesh, so I know exactly what it does and who it's for.

How I work

Four phases, one shipped product

01

Understand

What the product is for, and who it's for. Business goals, user reality, market. Nothing gets designed yet.

02

Decide

What's worth building and what to cut. A short list you can launch beats a long one you can't.

03

Design

Flows, screens and a design system shaped by real technical constraints, not wishful ones.

04

Build & ship

Production-ready front-end code, or a clean handoff to your team. Either way it ends with something live.

FAQ

Before you book

What does a Design Engineer actually do?+
I design the product and build the front end. I work on two levels: deciding what's worth building and what to cut, then designing the screens and, when you want it, building them in production code myself.
Why does shipping matter more than design?+
Because an unshipped product earns nothing. Most founders I meet have spent months on screens no user has touched. I have a Computer Science background, so I design what can actually be built — and then I build it.
When is this the right fit?+
When you have an idea or an early product, and the gap between design and launch is where you keep losing time. Also when your product is complex — dashboards, ERP, data-heavy tools — and you need someone who has designed and built at that level.
When is it not the right fit?+
When you already know exactly what you want and just need pixels pushed to spec. A junior designer costs less than I do. It's also not a fit if you need a logo or brand identity — that isn't my craft.
How does an engagement work?+
It starts with a short call. If we're a fit, we agree on scope, timeline and what success looks like in numbers. MVPs usually take four to eight weeks; product and dashboard work, eight to sixteen.

I take on one or two projects at a time

That way your product gets my full attention, from the first screen to the last line of code. If you're building something and it's moving slower than your ambition, book a call. Thirty minutes, no pitch.
